Growing Up
With each year that leaves us behind, we brace ourselves more and more for that leap away from everyone we know. We leap into the dark, falling free to land amongst others and to begin life anew. While hope remains that we will see each other again, melancholy tells a different story: that all that will ever be are memories.
And while growing up is learning to let others part when they head separate ways, it’s also leaving space in your heart for the happy moments you spend with them.
